OxyTrack
Know where every oxygen cylinder is, and when it was last inspected

The problem
Oxygen cylinders are high-value assets that move constantly between plant, hospital and ward. Facilities routinely cannot say how many they own, where they are, or which are overdue for inspection.
What we built
We treated each cylinder as a tracked asset with its own history, so movement, custody and inspection status are recorded as events rather than reconstructed from paper logs.

Key capabilities
What OxyTrack does
- 01
Per-cylinder asset register
Every cylinder carries its own identity, specification and full history.
- 02
Ownership and custody tracking
See which facility currently holds a cylinder and who signed for it.
- 03
Movement log
Dispatch and return are recorded as events, so a cylinder can always be traced.
- 04
Inspection scheduling
Inspection and recertification dates are tracked, with cylinders falling due surfaced before they lapse.
- 05
Mobile-first capture
Built for staff recording movements on a phone at the point where they actually happen.
